| In a good standing Haussmannian building made safe with a code and then an intercom and with lift, the apartment is on the first floor. It is nevetheless very bright as it has a double exposure.. The living room and one of the bed rooms (with triple glazed windows) give onto the street but no noise will reach you as it is a very quiet street. The other bed rooms give onto the courtyard. The apartment has been entirely refurbished recently, so it is very clear, clean and very functional. The Hungary style wooden floor adds an authentic touch to the modern ambient brought by the white purity of the place. The furniture is brand new, top quality and modern. Comfort, quality, quietness and authenticity make this apartment the dreamt one to stay in Paris. |

| The double living room has a dining part with a glass table and a lounge, equipped with a double sofa bed, very homey… This room is really spacious and bright : space, brightness and good design make it pleasant, comfaortable, the erfect place to have rest… The first bed room has a double bed, the second one, two single beds and the third one a double futon bed. The three of them have great closets where stock your luggage will not be a problem. The kitchen, separate, comes fully equipped and functional, you will enjoy cooking there, experiencing French gastronomy… The first bath room has a bath tub ans two basins while the second one has a walk in shower, a basin and toilets. Other toilets, separate, are also available. This apartment will perfectly suit to a family or a friends group who wants to live Paris from its very inside. Lines purity, great space mixed to warm and net colours and to a decoration allying modern design and warm wooden indian or colonial items turn this place into a unique piece of heaven that you will leave with deep regret… The decoration, refined and not heavy at all puts the final touch to this persona land unique place where to live is just sweet….
