This lovely apartment is at the limit of the Marais, very centrally located, near the rue de Bretagne where there is a daily famer market, le Marché des Enfants Rouges, a Monoprix is right on the same street as the apartment and all the tourist points are accessible by foot very quickly, Picasso Museum, Carnavalet Museum, Pompidou Centre are the closest ones… Many pleasant strolls are just waiting for you… The area, althought much alive, is safe by day as by night. Standing
In a building made safe by a digicode and then an intercom, the apartment is on the second floor with lift and overlooks the courtyard. It is very quiet and it has been entirely renovated and furnished.
Layout
One has first access to an entrance hall, where one has access to the rest rooms. Then lays the kitchen, separate but wide open onto the living room. It is entirely equipped and very functional and has a table where ones can have dinner. The living room has a double sofa bed, which allows two further sleeps ; the bathroom is accessible from there. The bedroom has a double bed and large wall closets where one can store all his stuff and luggage. The bathroom has a bath tub. In conclusion, this apartment is absolutely perfect for a family eager to discover Paris from a pleasant, comfortable and fairly priced apartment. It will also be very nice for a consultant in mission for several months in Paris.
